Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the 777pop platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension. During registration, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information including legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
777pop is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines to conduct identity verification on all accounts. Players must submit valid government-issued Philippine identification (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) before withdrawals may be processed. 777pop reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 777pop will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify 777pop support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. 777pop shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
A Player may have only one active Account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts. 777pop reserves the right to merge, close, or suspend duplicate accounts and to void all related transactions.
777pop accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) or converted to PHP at the prevailing rate. The minimum deposit is PHP 100. 777pop does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit on the Account ("same source rule"). All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and anti-money laundering screening. 777pop endeavors to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. 777pop reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals exceeding PHP 100,000 in a single transaction or PHP 500,000 cumulatively within any 30-day period.
All Account balances, game wagers, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 777pop does not charge currency conversion fees for PHP transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in USDT TRC20 and are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
Players may not use payment methods belonging to third parties. The use of stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777pop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity. 777pop's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of 777pop.
777pop makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur, and 777pop shall not be liable for any resulting inability to access games or process transactions during such periods.
777pop reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the Player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) 777pop reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; (c) required by PAGCOR or any other competent authority; or (d) the Player has been self-excluded. Upon closure for cause, 777pop may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, real-money funds (excluding Bonus Credits) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within 14 business days. Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 777pop support.
777pop is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion. Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to make use of these tools, which are accessible from the Account Settings panel after login.
Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and may cover periods from 30 days to permanent exclusion. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in the first instance. For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR channels, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who are unsatisfied with 777pop's initial response to a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR.
777pop reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the 777pop platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
